Returns & Refunds (PDP)

We are happy to offer store credit (in the form of a gift card) for change-of-mind purchases within 21 days of ordering, if the product:

  • was not on sale at the time of purchasing;
  • is in the original unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged purchase condition;
  • is accompanied by all original, undamaged and attached tags, stickers, parts and protective packaging.

The cost of return shipping will not be credited for change-of-mind returns.

On the rare occasion an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing fault or defect, we are happy to provide a refund of the total purchase amount, or where possible provide a replacement product. For a refund or replacement to be given, all products must meet the criteria to be deemed faulty.

Products with prescription lenses are unable to be returned or refunded, unless deemed faulty, as they are custom-made products.

The cost of return shipping for items deemed faulty will be credited, provided an official receipt of cost of shipping is supplied along with the return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and are unable to provide a product exchange at this time.
