Founder and Designer Michael Crawley describes the brand as “brutalist high-fashion eyewear. Manifesting an impression of importance, and a desire to evoke underlying emotional states of grandeur, the brand seeks to empower individuals through an embodiment of strength and confidence.

From the beginning

Founded in 2011 by Michael Crawley and his wife Tenielle, our independent label has built a reputation on pushing the boundaries of fashion eyewear. With humble beginnings in a tiny garage studio on the East coast of Australia, we found momentum by producing premium high-quality, fashion-forward eyewear at a vastly more affordable price point than our competitors.

Fast forward to today and our now International label has become synonymous with quality and style. Operated by a talented team of professionals all sharing its vision, the brand is currently available in select retailers in over 23 countries as well as online.

With an uncompromising commitment to quality and design, each product in our prolific collection is individually crafted by hand then rigorously checked against the highest standards.

Made from only the finest metals such as titanium, and only the best vintage, one-off and painstakingly hand selected acetates, our products embody a sense of originality within a polished form. Coupled with best-in-class trims such as French nickel-plated Comotec or O.B.E hinges, both with lock-tight screws for longevity, each pair is guaranteed to stand the test of time.

Using innovation and technical expertise our premium quality lenses are produced, checked and fitted to each frame. We offer a variety of Italian nylon flat lens options ensuring there is something for all face shapes and preferences.

With each pair constructed from the finest materials available, passed through some 25 hands for quality assurance and critiqued by an Australian design team, we aim to present a refined collection of eyewear that exemplifies an idiosyncratic high-end confidence with a rebellious twist.

While the majority of our competitors still play it safe, our bold, sculptural frames and geographically diverse campaigns are carving out a new road in the world of fashion eyewear.

Signature high production campaigns are shot against stark mono backgrounds – from the desert in California, to molasses filled baths, to snow covered abandoned political structures in the hills of Bulgaria. This unique vision results in high-impact, distinctly sharp communications which allow ourselves, and our retail partners, to prominently showcase our products.
